Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sonik Mobility charger.
- Return Window: You can return your charger within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Condition: The charger must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- Initiate Return: To initiate a return, contact customer service via the details provided below.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned charger is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your charger arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately for a fast resolution.
- Notification: Notify Sonik within 7 days of receipt.
- Documentation: Provide photos of the damaged item to help resolution.
- Resolution: We will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund.
