Returns Policy

  • Return Window: You can return your charger within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Condition: The charger must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned charger is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your charger arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately for a fast resolution.

  • Notification: Notify Sonik within 7 days of receipt.

  • Resolution: We will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund.
