  1. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is provided by Sonik Mobility to its customers (“Customer”) using the Sonik Mobility app (“Sonik Mobility App”). By using the Sonik App, you agree to the terms of this Policy. Sonik Mobility reserves the right to revise this Policy at its sole discretion.
  1. Customers can cancel and reschedule their reservation slot bookings on the Sonik App at any time.
  • Full refund is available for cancellations made until 2 hours prior to the start time.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 2 hours of the start time, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • In case of a no-show (booking not cancelled and person doesn’t show up), the booking will be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes of inactivity, and only 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Login to the Sonik App.
  • Click on the booking.
  • Cancel the booking.
  • Confirm Cancellation 

Accessing Your Information: 

As stated in our Privacy Policy, if necessary for statutory or legal requirements, Sonik Mobility may retain customer information in our backup systems even after it has been deleted from our services, ensuring protection against accidental or malicious destruction or use.
